We will verify your identity before processing your request by confirming information you provide matches information in our records.

7. Response Timing

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.

8. Do Not Track

Our website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals from web browsers. However, you can manage your cookie preferences through our cookie consent banner and your browser settings.
